Orders:

Shipping rates are automatically calculated through Australia Post Office and vary depending on method requested and location. Transit times will also vary depending on method requested and location and will take anywhere between 1-6 business days.

Payment Methods:

At connect2nature I will make paying for your gift as simple as possible by offering the following payment methods:

• PayPal
• Direct Deposit
• Cheque/Money Orders

Refund and Exchange:

At connect2nature i want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied - please contact me at donna@connect2nature.com.au and I will happily arrange an exchange or refund in accordance with the policies below.

Refunds:

Refunds will only be issued within 7 days and only where the goods are shown to be faulty. Please contact donna@connect2nature.com.au BEFORE sending the parcel back and we will arrange to refund your payment AFTER inspection of the goods. However the original freight and the cost of sending the goods back will have to be paid by customer.

Refund can not be issued due to:

Damage caused by accident, misuse or negligence. No longer want the products or just do not like them.

Exchanges:

I will happily exchange your product within 7 days of original purchase, for goods to the same value, provided products are returned to us in the original condition and able to resell. You may exchange for higher priced items by paying the balance however we are unable to refund if you choose a cheaper item. There will be a delivery charge on the exchange.
